Why we started this

We started Bright Smile Dental after years in larger group practices and watching the same pattern: pressure to upsell, treatment plans the patient didn't understand, and dentists who rotated every few months so you never saw the same face twice.

We decided to run the opposite playbook. One dentist per patient (consistency matters in dentistry). Written cost estimates before any treatment starts. No commissions, no upsell quotas. If a treatment isn't necessary, we'll say so.

How we price

Every procedure has a published fee range on the Services page. Before we start any treatment we give you a written estimate — itemised by procedure. If the examination reveals something additional, we stop and discuss before proceeding. No surprises on checkout.

How we hire

Both dentists are MOH-registered with full-scope licences. We don't use locums. The dentist who does your consultation is the one who carries out your treatment — not a junior who joined last week.

How we handle complaints

If something isn't right after your visit, you reach the clinic owner directly. WhatsApp the main line and your message lands on a phone we read every day. We'll fix it.
